What You'll Do

  • Hunt New Business – Identify, target, and win new customers through strategic prospecting, market intel, and your own network.
  • Grow Existing Accounts – Strengthen relationships, understand client needs, and deliver innovative packaging solutions.
  • Own the Sales Cycle – From lead generation to contract negotiation to post‑sale follow‑up, you'll run the show.
  • Be the Go‑To Expert – Stay ahead of packaging trends, represent us at industry events, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You Bring

  • Proven success selling in the packaging space or transferable B2B sales expertise from another industry.
  • Strong B2B sales skills with a solution‑selling mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to building and managing your territory.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • 3+ years in sales (packaging experience preferred) + BS/BA in business or related field desired.
  • Uncapped commission structure + competitive base
