AI Full Stack Engineer - Manager - Commercial Technology & Innovation

As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and mentor junior staff while upholding exceptional standards of quality and innovation. You will coach team members, leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations, all while keeping a passion for technology and innovation that elevates delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related field.
• Strong software engineering practices (Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing, training, and deploying machine learning models (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Proficiency in data preprocessing and handling large structured/unstructured datasets (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines for AI systems using GitHub Actions.
• Deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into software‑engineered AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field (preferred).
• Designing, training, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
• Working with LLMs and familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph for RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Building end‑to‑end AI applications integrated into various platforms.
• Contributing to open‑source projects or AI/ML publications.

Benefits & EEO Statement

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
