The Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a core role in building domain‑specific large language models and intelligent automation tools that transform how teams understand and engage with their customers. You'll work closely with the founding team to define the company's AI strategy, develop innovative product experiences, and ship production‑ready ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy highly‑differentiated LLM‑powered AI experiences for enterprise users.
• Collaborate with executives and product leaders to define and execute the company's AI roadmap.
• Identify high‑impact use cases for AI/ML across CRM workflows and go‑to‑market operations.
• Build, train, and fine‑tune domain‑specific LLMs and NLP models.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a world‑class AI team.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing AI/ML‑based products, ideally in NLP or enterprise AI domains.
• Strong background in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud ML services.
• Hands‑on experience with ML Ops and deploying large‑scale AI systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or a related field.
