Mission

Leaping AI does human‑like voice AI agents for business. We recently crossed 100,000 calls per day, automating up to 70% of repetitive phone calls while maintaining 90% customer satisfaction. We work in‑person out of SF and already support many mid‑market and Enterprise customers on mission‑critical phone workflows. We are backed by great investors such as YC, Paul Graham and Nexus Venture Partners.

Competencies

• Experience with Typescript + Next.js or similar frontend framework
• Experience with Python and modern async patterns

• Founder juice: new ideas come from you; you build it yourself or annoy everyone until it's done
