Overview

Join SoFi as a Senior Workday Financial Systems Analyst. Your base pay range is $99,200 – $186,000 per year. The role focuses on managing Workday Financials, supporting day‑to‑day operations, and optimizing the platform to drive business impact.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Workday financial modules, including Supplier Accounts, Customers, Projects & Billing, Business Assets, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Financial Accounting, and Accounting Center.
• Participate in bi‑annual Workday release regression testing and security setup to adopt new features.
• Stay updated on the Workday roadmap, proposing changes and solutions to enhance system performance.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with Finance, Engineering, People, and cross‑functional teams.
• Perform daily administrative and production support tasks as required.
• Operate independently, managing relationships, deliverables, and expectations with business partners.
• Connect personally and approachably with every team member and business stakeholder.
• Maintain detail orientation while working across a variety of projects.

Who are you

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior business partners.
• Expert in Workday Financials with configuration experience across multiple financial modules; experience in Customers and Project billing highly preferred.
• Experience with Financial modules and Financial Reporting required.
• Strong project‑management skills and detail orientation while working with numerous stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to influence outcomes and communicate technical content to general audiences.
• Knowledge of the banking space is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related business field (Master's a plus).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $99,200 – $186,000 per year. Final base pay is determined by individual factors such as experience, skills, and location.
