Peterson Cat has a need for a Salesforce System Administrator at our San Leandro, CA location. This is not a remote position, candidates must be located in the San Leandro, CA area.
The Salesforce System Administrator plays a key role in developing, supporting, and enhancing Petersons Enterprise CRM System - Salesforce. This position will be responsible for establishing best practices in support of low code / semi-custom code environment, participating in build testing, and will serve as the in-house Salesforce expert (alongside third-party implementers) while also maintaining day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, training, and improvements of the platform.

Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Computer Science or other closely related field and a minimum of five years of Salesforce Administrator experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proficiency in Salesforce ecosystem, data imports and exports, APIs, and Tableau reporting. Preferred Experience with Salesforce Flow, Asset360, Azure DevOps, Microsoft M365, AppExchange, and work order management process understanding. Contact center software system administration preferred.
Preferred one or more Salesforce certifications (including but not limited to Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) that demonstrate current knowledge as an administrator. Salesforce CPQ certification highly preferred.
The pay range for this position is $114,000-135,000 annually. (Starting wage will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.)
