Applicant Must Have

• Minimum of 2 years high volume & fine dining experience.
• Balck Suit, white shirt, black socks and shoes are the required uniform.
• A passion for Hospitality
• Thorough knowledge of Italian food, wine, and classic cocktails.
• A clear understanding of the classic cycle of service.
• A responsible, organized, positive attitude and be able to multitask.

We are currently open Wed-Sun dinner only.

Must be available nights and weekends.
