Overview

Established SF-based private equity firm looks to fill a newly-created hybrid role to support the CFO organization on a range of data management, investment team liaison/presentation/coordination, and portfolio valuation oversight.

Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Location

San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

• Support the finance team as a cross-functional liaison with other parts of the firm (IR, deal/investment team, etc.).
• Engage with internal and external valuation stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the CFO on the quarterly portfolio review and deal flow process, and develop portfolio reporting analytics.
• Liaise with portfolio company contacts and ensure data collection integrity.
• Assist with evaluation of technology and process improvement data/AI tools, oversight of vendors.
• Ad hoc analytical projects as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from a leading institution.
• 25 years of analytical/consulting/finance training in IB, consulting, PE/VC, corporate finance, or a mix of appropriate settings.
• Strong interpersonal communications and ability to work with all levels of professionals internally and externally.
• Technology-forward approach from Excel/PowerPoint to current/future AI tools.
