This role involves responding to donor referrals, evaluating donors, managing donor processes, coordinating organ recovery, and supporting donor families. The position requires collaboration with hospitals, medical examiners, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to donor referrals and conduct evaluations.
• Manage donor care and coordinate organ recovery and allocation.
• Support donor families with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with medical teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Nursing, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in critical care or organ procurement organization (minimum 1-2 years).
• Certification in relevant clinical areas (e.g., ACLS, CPTC within 2 years).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under stress.

Additional Information

• Full-time, with travel within the service area required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and insurance.
