HERS Advisors has partnered with a reputable, California based law firm who has a need for a Litigation Paralegal to work in their Oakland, California office (hybrid).

Responsibilities for Litigation Paralegal:

• Case Preparation
• Document Management
• Trial Support
• Legal Research and Writing
• Client Interaction
• Compliance
• Continuing Education

Requirements for Litigation Paralegal:

• Ability to work and bill as a paralegal under California Business & Professions Code section 6450
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with significant experience in trial preparation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of California legal procedures and court systems, with a strong understanding of litigation processes.
• Proficient in legal research databases and technology used in trial preparation, such as case management software, exhibit presentation software, and PowerPoint
