What You'll Do

• Lead development, optimization, and expansion of web and mobile applications (React, React Native, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin).
• Drive best practices in performance, security, and scalability as the platform scales rapidly over the next 6/12 months.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Own key architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and elevate front‑end excellence across the company.
• Work hands‑on with modern front‑end tooling, component‑driven architecture, and state management solutions.
• Optimize real‑time interactions between patients, providers, and pharmacies with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Influence engineering culture, fostering innovation and technical ownership within the team.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of front‑end development experience, deep expertise in React and React Native, and exposure to Kotlin/Swift (e.g., Apple Health Kit React Native integrations).
• Experience leading technical initiatives and shipping scalable, high‑performance web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern front‑end tooling (TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines).
• Expertise in state management strategies and optimizing complex UX interactions in data‑heavy applications.
• A passion for creating fast, accessible, and beautiful user experience.
• Startup mindset: you thrive in fast‑moving environments, take ownership, and love solving problems at scale.
• Bonus: experience building manufacturing or inventory management software, healthcare‑related applications, and SaaS products.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $250,000 – $300,000 for this full‑time position, plus equity and generous benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.

Location & Work Policy

Mode: In‑person, onsite at the San Francisco office for five days a week. Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
