Position Summary: As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Production Cutter contributes to our success by preparing specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner to meet our customer's expectations.What you'll do:Select products from pick tickets and stage for productionCut product to meet customer specificationsTransport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing cartsWeigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specificationsReplenish stock as neededMaintain work area clean and orderlyMust maintain product integrity with proper handling & report damage to management immediatelyMust follow all company policies and proceduresFollow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelinesAbout you:High school diploma or equivalent1-3 months experience#LI-BC 1#LI-Onsite
