Job Summary

As BD Manager - Commercial and Business, you will drive new customer acquisition for eero's rapidly growing business segment. You'll identify, engage, and close deals with end customers across multiple verticals while working closely with our channel partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors) to accelerate deal flow. This is a hands‑on sales role focused on winning new business and expanding eero's commercial footprint.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business customers across key verticals (multi‑site retail, coffee shops, apartment complexes, etc.)
  • Develop deep understanding of target customer segments and their unique connectivity challenges
  • Work with existing MSPs, resellers, and distributors to identify joint opportunities and accelerate deal closure
  • Execute consistent discovery, demo, and closing processes while documenting lessons learned
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success with complete deal and customer documentation
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to create customized proposals and solutions for prospects
  • Maintain a robust qualified pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience within advertising technology related sales – Experience in online advertising or high‑tech products/services
  • Experience scaling a publisher monetization product or service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
