Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, On‑Site)

Compensation: $94,000 – $121,000 annually + CEM Bonus Plan

Overview: The Client Experience Manager will be a strategic partner in building and maintaining important customer relationships, advancing sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, foster, and strengthen relationships with new and existing members of the market by delivering exceptional service.
  • Exhibit a high‑energy, highly influential work style that wins new business opportunities and supports sales management initiatives.
  • Research and apply product/technical knowledge to drive sales, proposing solutions and managing client expectations.
  • Represent the company with integrity and creativity, influencing product selection and service solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager of customers, negotiating prices and terms of service agreements, and overseeing budgets, tracking reports, and order entry.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners, showcasing a positive, dynamic personality and high integrity.
  • Coach and provide leadership to Customer Experience Associate(s), sharing best practices, selling strategies, and marketing tactics to enhance company success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts degree from a four‑year college or university, or at least three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer's product and application, proven sales ability, and general understanding of business practices, pricing, and discounting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Experience in client relationship management, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
