Our partner is seeking a Product Engineer to bridge the gap between customers and their AI platform, customizing solutions for enterprise clients and building an AI‑driven logistics product from the ground up.

Requirements

Experience

• 2–5 years in full‑stack software engineering, building 0 to 1 products (hands‑on, not managing)
• Startup experience (Seed to Series B) or background in top‑tier tech companies (FAANG, Ramp, etc.)
• Experience working on products that gained significant traction

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (Top 50 CS university preferred)
• A strong GitHub portfolio can offset this requirement

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
• Thrives in fast‑paced startup environments
• Interest in logistics and AI

• Frequent job‑hopping (multiple roles under one year)
• Strict 9–5 mindset (typical week 60+ hours)
• Only Java or C background without startup exposure
