$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

In this role, you will report to the Associate Manager of Support and serve as a key leader within the broader Restaurant Platform organization. You will manage day-to-day merchant escalations while shaping how we scale support to thousands of restaurants. This position requires a balance of strong technical troubleshooting skills and leadership abilities to guide agents, improve processes, and maintain industry-leading service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle frontline merchant support directly, serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues requiring networking or system-level expertise.
  • Lead by example on tickets and live interactions, setting the bar for quality, speed, and ownership.
  • Mentor and coach support agents to build their confidence and problem-solving independence.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs, internal documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Support the expansion of support scope (phone, video, extended hours) while maintaining white-glove quality.
