Lead the planning and analysis of our logistics network, resource allocation, and load scheduling strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. Youll serve as a key thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, helping translate operational challenges into scalable, data-informed solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills combined with business acumen. Relocation would be required to Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will: Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, & Dispatch stakeholders to develop plans and drive day-to-day optimization of our network of resources (people, trucks, terminals) against demand (commercial and development) Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles and data analysis to identify and recommend opportunities to reduce waste and drive efficiency Define business needs and partner with Product and Engineering to develop requirements for fleet allocation, load management, and network optimization tools.
