The incumbent will report to the Director of Learning and Leadership Development and be primarily responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and conducting instructor-led trainings for Telecare leaders, and other staff as requested by programs. QUALIFICATIONS Required: - Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience supervising and managing performance of others, or master's degree and two (2) years' experience supervising and managing performance of others - Two (2) years' experience in facilitating soft skills training in person and remotely - Proven ability to build teams - Demonstrated ability to drive and influence leadership, staff and HR partners - Proven ability to design and present engaging and impactful programs with documented improvement in individual, team and company performance - Proven ability to be self-directed and take initiative while working autonomously from a remote location Must be highly reliable and customer-focused Must be at least 18 ...Leadership, Development, Trainer, Training, Healthcare, Business Services, Skills
