San Francisco-based Litigation Paralegal with remote work option. Join a boutique labor & employment law firm and work with attorneys leading high-profile cases across California. This fully remote role offers occasional travel for meetings or events.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, filings, and case organization for multiple attorneys
• Draft and edit legal documents; track deadlines; organize case materials
• Provide litigation support using Microsoft 365, document management systems, and litigation support software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate; 3+ years' law firm experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with discovery, filings, and case management
