Role Overview

The Founding Full-Stack Engineer will work closely with the CTO, CPO, and design to deliver core product features and evolve the AI agent platform. The role covers the full stack: front-end web applications, browser automation, enterprise integrations, and AI-driven workflows. Early ownership, rapid shipping, and direct influence on technical direction are core to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features in the TypeScript web application.
• Extend AI agent capabilities to handle complex workflows across multiple enterprise tools.
• Build integrations for wealthtech platforms (eg CRMs, planning software)
• Design for scale, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with product and design to define technical approaches and deliver end-to-end features.

Qualifications

Must have

• 5+ years experience in React and TypeScript
• Proven ability to ship full-stack features in fast-paced startup environments
• Ability to translate business and user needs into technical solutions
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth settings with evolving priorities
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

• NestJS Experience
• Python Experience
• iOS or Android Experience
• Enterprise SaaS integrations
• Background in fintech or wealth management

Compensation & Location

• Salary: $180k - $250k
• Equity: 0.5% - 1.5%
• Hybrid: San Francisco Bay Area (2–3 days in-office per week)
