Overview

AI Research Engineer (PHD or MS with Research Background) – Full-Time role focused on building the next generation of Agentic AI and Large Action Models (LAMs) for complex enterprise automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and experiment with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (like LangGraph and CrewAI), driving research into planning, reasoning, and AI-to-AI communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–6 years of experience (or strong research background) in ML/NLP,
• Proficiency with Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow,
• Hands-on experience with large foundation models and agentic systems orchestration.
