Embedded Software - Software Applications Engineer

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our client's team on a 2-month, fully onsite contract. This role is ideal for an engineer with hands-on experience in ARM embedded systems and Linux environments who is ready to contribute immediately. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer projects, from proof of concept to final product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of embedded software applications to support customer training, product demonstrations, customization, and product maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and debug issues in design software systems.
• Assist with system architecture tasks and feature-specific customizations tailored to customer requirements.
• Evaluate potential applications, prepare product specifications, and troubleshoot issues with software tools and products.
• Develop technical documentation, application notes, and FAQs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years' experience with ARM Embedded Software
• Basic knowledge of SoC and Microprocessors
• 2–5 years' experience with Embedded Linux
• Basic knowledge of Android Systems
• Basic knowledge of Yocto and Integration

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
