Senior Software Engineer – Onsite 3–4 Days/Week

The Opportunity

We're scaling a next-generation payments platform built on stablecoin infrastructure — transforming how money moves globally. Following a successful seed round led by Tier 1 investors, we're now entering the post-product, pre-scale phase, with millions already committed by customers.

This is a rare opportunity to join a proven founding team (with multiple successful exits) and take ownership of critical engineering systems at the earliest stage of growth.

The What

• End-to-End Engineering – Design, build, and optimise systems that power instant, low-cost global transactions.
• Core Infrastructure – Work hands-on across a modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, C#, Go, Python) to deliver scalable, reliable services.
• Collaboration – Partner directly with experienced founders and engineers to architect APIs and SDKs that support mission-critical financial operations.
• Innovation – Apply AI-assisted development tools and best practices to accelerate performance and efficiency.
• Impact – Contribute to systems handling millions in committed payment volume, helping to shape the foundation of a high-growth fintech platform.

The Who

We're looking for an engineer who brings:

• 3–8 years' experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of: Next.js / TypeScript, C#, Go, Python.
• Experience working in payments, fintech, or compliance domains within a fast-paced startup environment.
• A systems-oriented mindset with an appreciation for scalability, reliability, and security.
• A self-starter attitude — someone comfortable building from the ground up with minimal direction.
• (Bonus) A strong academic background in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrating technical depth.
