Description
The San Francisco Conservatory of Music is seeking a Student Billing Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day operations of student billing and account management. The incumbent ensures that tuition, fees, and other charges are billed accurately and timely, maintains student financial account records, and provides customer service to students and families regarding balances, payments, and refunds. The focus of the position is transactional, concentrating on billing cycles and account updates, with some involvement with system administration or strategic policy development.
