Channel Account Manager (French Fluency) – Hybrid role (40% remote, 60% onsite) in San Francisco, CA.

Base pay range: $70,000/yr - $90,000/yr. This role may have an ODOO-provided pay range; actual pay is based on skills and experience. Includes on-target earnings (OTE) details below.

About the job

Odoo is expanding its Channel Sales teams. The Channel Account Manager manages Odoo's diverse partner network, working with partners to pursue leads, qualify requirements, demonstrate solutions, and close deals. You will learn how Odoo's apps can address various business needs and collaborate with partners to create value across industries.

We expect a proactive, “get it done” mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies
  • Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance
  • Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
  • Implement cross-functional processes for operational efficiency
  • Streamline communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Collaborate with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo software competitively
  • Contribute to customer-centric strategy development

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • French fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Able to work in a rapidly evolving field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP
  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • Available immediately
  • Additional languages, Spanish preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay: $50,000-$70,000; estimated annual compensation range $70,000-$90,000 OTE

Note: The estimated annual compensation range is $70,000-$90,000 OTE with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries vary by education, experience, and location.
