About the Role:

Lead and grow Base's online and in-person communities to support the mission of scaling a decentralized, open-source onchain platform. Serve as a public ambassador and help drive community engagement, support, and feedback to influence product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand Base's cross-platform online communities.
• Create and curate community content.
• Scale community support and moderation infrastructure.
• Organize and run in-person events and meetups.
• Collect community feedback to guide product teams.
• Act as a public-facing leader for Base's community.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in tech or crypto.
• Proven track record in growing and scaling startup communities.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystem and connections.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong operational, project management, and organizational abilities.
