R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs in Foster City. Your main responsibilities as a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and project execution to support the US Field Medical Team. Provide meeting management support for national MSL team meetings and leadership team meetings. Utilize data analytics to uncover areas of opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency and project management, tracking productivity and operational excellence with key performance indicators (KPIs)Support implementation of CRM system enhancements, design and operationalization.
