What you'll do

• Build and own core product features that directly impact our customers.
• Work across the stack with backend systems, APIs, voice infrastructure, and wherever the product needs you.
• Ship code daily and see it go live in production for Fortune 500 clients.
• Dive into challenging technical areas others avoid, like telephony systems and real-time voice processing.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Make technical decisions that shape the product's architecture and direction.
• Help establish engineering standards and culture as we scale.
• Spend 80%+ of your time coding and building.

You're a fit if

• You have 3+ years of software engineering experience and want to do the most impactful work of your career.
• You've built features or systems end-to-end and owned them in production.
• You care deeply about product outcomes, not just writing code.
• You're resourceful, thrive in ambiguity, and figure things out without hand-holding.
• You're energized by high-intensity environments and want to be surrounded by people who push each other to be better.

Bonus points if:

• You were an early engineer (first 5-10 hires) at another startup.
• You've worked at a FAANG company and found yourself craving more ownership and impact.
• You have experience with voice AI, telephony, or real-time systems.
