Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Pay Range: $43.00 to $47.00 on W2
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
Job Description:
As a client manufacturing technician you will be part of a team responsible for the assembly and testing of our vehicles. You will support both the build, performing defined test plans, and subassemblies. You will work with mechanical, electrical, and computer systems regularly. There will be regular use of hand, power and diagnostics tools along with custom equipment used to improve safety, quality, and reduce time. Your feedback from the build will go directly to your leads to help create and refine key systems and move client towards mass production.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Leads and other technicians on vehicle build in assembly line
• Light Diagnosis/troubleshooting on vehicle issues
• Complete daily tasks to ensure on time delivery and completion of station
• Perform execution of on vehicle testing involving both hardware and software
• Offer constructive feedback to team members to facilitate future development efforts
• Willing to be flexible and work with cross functional teams or departments
• Work within all Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
• Identify opportunities for enhancement in Quality, Efficiency, and Safety standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in supporting evolving processes and assuming new responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with basic hand and power tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiar with electrical schematics and harness drawings
Preferred:
• Automotive/OEM experience is a plus
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technology
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing or shop environment for extended periods
Work Environment:
• This role is situated within manufacturing and testing environments. Flexibility is essential due to potential periods of downtime and the need to support other teams to meet production and testing schedules. Adhere to all manufacturing safety policies.
