Finance Project Manager – Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced; Department: Project Management
CGS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative.

Responsibilities
- Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
- Perform and oversee financial and procurement services.
- Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff.
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Oversee a small team of financial analysts.
- Contribute to quality assurance to ensure high-quality work delivered on time.
- Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.
Qualifications
- At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
- Proven communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously.
- Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills.
- Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment (office automation networks, PC-based databases, internet and server-based databases, and other applications).
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Undergraduate degree required; a Law Degree is desirable.
