AMPS seeks dynamic educators to teach our students. The primary responsibilities of an AMPS teacher is to ensure that students achieve and/or exceed grade level academic standards, and to provide ALL students with a strong college-preparatory education. Other responsibilities include delivering a high-quality, rigorous, and effective lessons; planning, implementing, and reflecting upon all aspects of instruction in the assigned areas in order to realize the mission; and setting , and upholding in all students, positive character and scholar habits centered around the core values. Teachers report to and are evaluated by their school's leader.
