Overview

Content Writer, Customer Experience and Adoption at Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role is for a growth-minded Content Writer to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team under the Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization. The position involves partnering with strategists, subject matter experts, and designers to create content outlining the AWS Private Pricing Program's guidelines, processes, and best practices, with the goal of driving adoption and growth of the program.

Responsibilities

• Execute the content strategy to support Private Pricing Program initiatives.
• Identify audience segments, assess their needs, and analyze content gaps to improve content effectiveness.
• Deliver strategic content initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Measure content impact and continuously optimize for effectiveness.
• Facilitate relationships with AWS-wide teams (Sales, Legal, Billing, Contracting, Partner organizations) to align content efforts.
• Ensure deliverables are high quality and address the target audience's needs.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in content strategy, writing, and development; 3+ years using data/metrics to inform improvements.
• Preferred qualifications: Master or Advanced Degree in English, Communications, Content Strategy, or related field; exceptional editorial and proofreading skills; experience managing complex large-scale content projects; experience developing or editing multimedia content; experience with content authoring tools.

The Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) team drives cloud adoption and business growth through innovative pricing strategies. The organization includes Strategic Customer Engagements and Private Pricing Programs & Experiences, scaling pricing solutions across AWS's diverse customer base. You will develop cloud economics expertise, sharpen strategic thinking, and work with cutting-edge technologies and global clients.
