We're looking for a product-focused full-stack engineer to join a high-growth startup that's rethinking how companies hire and how professionals thrive in their work. This is a product engineering role, meaning you'll own features end-to-end, ship quickly, and iterate rapidly to deliver an exceptional experience for customers. What You'll Do

• Design and build products from concept to deployment that customers love to use
• Work directly with users to deeply understand their needs and translate them into intuitive, high-impact features
• Develop tools that dramatically improve efficiency for both internal teams and customers
• Automate internal operations and workflows to enable scale
• Build integrations that connect seamlessly with existing systems
• Contribute to growth-focused initiatives such as onboarding, billing, and activations

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end
• Product-minded engineer who cares deeply about customers, UX details, and business impact
• Experience in early-stage startups or a track record of building and hacking products independently (alongside industry experience)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Bonus: Prior experience in the recruiting or HR tech space
