What to Expect

The Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit is an opportunity to get to know Evergreen's operating model, connect with Senior and C-suite level women, participate in an accelerated recruiting process for our Summer 2027 investing internship, and experience first-hand our dedication to the empowerment and professional development of women interested in business and investing.

Educate: You'll be exposed to Evergreen's forever-hold operating model and the core values that drive Evergreen's mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders.

Engage: You'll connect with Evergreen's women leaders across the firm as well as fellow attendees from other undergraduate and MBA programs.

Empower: You'll define professional development goals and hone business acumen through guided workshops.

What We Are Looking For:

Evergreen will be hiring undergraduate Investing Analyst Interns.

Qualifications

Undergraduates

• Current college sophomore (or graduating Spring 2028)
• Strong academic performance at a leading university (GPA minimum of 3.7)
• Demonstrated interest in investing, business operations and leadership

Details

• This 1-day summit will take place Friday, January 23, 2026 in San Francisco.
• We will offer scholarships to cover transportation and lodging for select students
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
• Those selected to attend will be notified in December 2025
