We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager with a strong focus on vendor and contract management. This individual will be a key member of the Vendor and Contract Management (VCM) team, partnering closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, Legal, Sourcing, and our VCM organization to drive strategic projects, process improvements, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects with a focus on vendor and contract lifecycle management, partnering with Legal, Sourcing, and Vendor & Contract Management to improve processes and governance.
- Track and report on realized savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficiencies resulting from vendor and contract improvements.
- Drive execution through clear governance and cadence, reviewing roadmaps, resource allocations, and risk mitigations.
- Develop and maintain project plans and visuals using Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, ServiceNow, and Jira to manage scope, progress, and deliverables.
- Lead small-to-medium cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and accountability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and align IT and business priorities.
- Build and execute project and communication plans, facilitating effective collaboration across IT, business partners, and external solution providers.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor-related financial tracking.
- Apply structured change management practices to support adoption of new tools, processes, and vendor capabilities.
- Capture lessons learned and embed best practices into ongoing delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of project leadership, PMO, or business analysis experience with exposure to vendor/contract management.
- Very advanced English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in vendor and contract governance, including process optimization and savings realization.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively across Legal, Sourcing, IT, and business stakeholders.
- High sense of urgency with proven adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and accountability.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery models.
