Job Details

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum education of a Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with credentials.
• Min 4 years' - Max 15 years' experience in Aerospace Liaison Engineering activities including designing, analyzing and dispositioning corrective actions for aerospace structural nonconformances to restore design integrity.
• 3 years' of experience with SolidWorks or 5 years in other CAD software with practical experience and understanding of drafting standards (ASME Y14.100). Create and check drawings.
• Experience in technical report writing and must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and failure investigation experience with electro- mechanical systems.
• Experience testing, measuring, and validating aerospace components/assemblies to validate conformance to type data.
• Experience in aerospace structural analysis using conventional hand calculations (fastener /material substitutions, tear-out stress, ect...)
