Senior Backend Engineer, Platform – Sprig
We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join Sprig's Platform Team. The Platform Team is responsible for the backend architecture, data ingestion, processing, and storage systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Your work will directly impact customers by providing reliable, scalable, and insightful research tools that help teams build customer-centric products.
Sprig is building the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools like Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey. The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $260,000 + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The posted range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY).
