Overview

We're building an AI-powered legal intelligence platform to reimagine the $350B enterprise legal market. As part of our founding engineering team, you'll build core technology and ship features daily.

What you'll do

  • Build full stack applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Split your time roughly 50/50 between frontend and backend projects.
  • Work across APIs and data workflows.
  • Partner with product designers to deliver intuitive, elegant UI/UX for legal workflows.
  • Experiment with prompt engineering to connect AI capabilities into product features.
  • Work directly with founders and customers, shipping fast and iterating daily.
  • Example challenge: build a “Linear-style” legal intake system—from frontend design to backend workflows and AI-powered automation.

What we're looking for

  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Hustler mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced 50–60+ hour/week startup
  • Previous product experience, ideally at an early-stage startup
  • Proficient in Next.js / React / TypeScript; strong product sense
  • Experience collaborating with a product designer on UI/UX
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering
  • Experience integrating with third-party apps like Jira, Salesforce (huge plus)
  • Previous experience in CRM, gov tech, reg tech, or legal tech (huge plus)

Location

Hybrid in San Francisco (2–3 days/week in person)

Salary

$150K–$250K base + equity, full benefits, 401(k), flexible PTO — final package depends on interview and experience.
