Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Program Lead to scale internal field engineering SME (Subject Matter Expert) groups. This role is pivotal in cultivating a collaborative environment where Databricks' internal field engineering experts connect, share best practices, and drive innovation across the organization. You will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the SME and communities of specialization groups, ensuring alignment with Databricks' business goals and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 2 Pay Range $138,400—$193,825 USD
