Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Billing Consultant (Package Consultant/Billing & Digital Subscription) opening for our client in San Francisco, CA.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 12 months

Duties

• Consult on post-paid and prepaid billing, mediation functional areas, and digital subscription systems across customer transformation domains.

• Support package selection, requirements definition, design, build, configuration, and testing activities.

• Provide expertise in billing and/or Customer Information Systems (CIS) processes.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and recommend solutions for billing and subscription-related issues.

• Contribute to system integration, migration, and implementation efforts.

Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of billing and CIS processes.

• Experience with package evaluation, configuration, and implementation.

• Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing methodologies.

• Ability to work across complex business transformation projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience

• Depth in at least one of the following COTS billing solutions:

• ADC Singleview

• Comverse One

• Convergys

• BSCS

• Ridney

• Amdocs

• Peace/Peace 8

• Customer/1

• SPL/CC&B

• LodeStar/Load & Bill Vision

• Previous consulting or systems integration experience in billing and digital subscriptions preferred.

• Experience working in large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110.00 to $123.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
