As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll work closely with our product and design teams to create elegant, performant user experiences that make complex healthcare workflows simple and delightful. What You Will Do

1. Architect and build sophisticated React applications that handle complex healthcare workflows while maintaining simplicity for end users
2. Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices for our growing engineering team
3. Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
4. Mentor other engineers and contribute to our frontend development standards

About You

1. You hold a 4-year degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
2. You bring 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on frontend technologies
3. You have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices
4. You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished user interfaces
5. You take pride in writing clean, maintainable code and building scalable frontend architectures
6. You are based in the SF Bay Area and are ready for twice-weekly in-person collaboration

Bonus

1. Experience optimizing build systems, development workflows, and creating developer tooling
2. Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
3. Experience with healthcare applications or HIPAA compliance
4. Previous experience at an early-stage startup
