Job Description
RH is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to support our operational success, dynamic daily functions across our home office, and strategic business partners. In this role, you will help drive the seamless flow of product, uphold inventory integrity, and ensure timely fulfillment, all while exemplifying RH's commitment to excellence, precision, and partnership.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping product
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles for pickups and deliveries
- Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and organized in compliance with safety standards
- Support warehouse leadership in documenting and reporting expenses and supply usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation and logistics
- Contribute to creating a seamless flow of product to RH galleries and customers
- High energy and a strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Maintain organization and effectively manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining safe work practices and environments
- Comfortable with manual labor and working on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Frequently moving and lifting items while utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines.
- Frequently operate an industrial powered vehicle
- Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evening hours when necessary, to support the team and business goals
