Description:

CardinaleWay Hyundai/Genesis San Bruno is looking to add a full-time customer service representative to its growing team of motivated individuals. A person in this position should possess excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone and have a friendly-upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Greet Service customers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Follow up with prospective customers
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with our company's values in all interactions with customers and coworkers
  • Follow a daily work plan and complete daily tasks utilizing the CRM tracking system
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM platform
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a BDC center is a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and team-oriented
  • Ability to type efficiently and effectively
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with standard office hours; some flexibility may be required
