Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer who ships fast, builds with AI at the core, and has the technical depth to make critical architecture decisions. You'll own entire features from concept to production. This role is for someone who codes for fun, not just work.

Responsibilities

• Ship features that directly impact users

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production code at startups or tech companies
• Expert in Node.js or Python + modern frontend (React preferred)
• AI implementation experience: built with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini APIs, vector DBs, or RAG systems
• Open source contributions: active GitHub profile with real contributions (not just forks)
• Technical writing: blog posts, documentation, or technical articles
• Builder mentality: side projects that show you code beyond work

Technical Stack

• Backend: Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Redis
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind/CSS
• AI: LLM APIs, Langchain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs
• Infrastructure: AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD

Culture & Fit

• You write about tech: personal blog, dev.to, Medium - you share knowledge publicly
• Your GitHub is active: contributions to real projects, not just tutorial repos
• You use AI tools daily: Cursor/Copilot is part of your workflow
• You've built something people use: open source library, SaaS, or tool with actual users
• You're opinionated: strong views on tech choices, loosely held
