Our client is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to join their franchise organization, which provides cleanup and repair services for residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, storms, or other disasters. What does a Restoration Project Manager do?
The Restoration Project Manager leads residential and commercial reconstruction/restoration projects. This role is focused on the entirety of the project — not emergency services or aspects of project management — and is ideal for a professional with strong reconstruction/restoration management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You will manage multiple jobs at a time, including projects in various phases: estimation, active production, and closeout. You'll coordinate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure top-tier service and results.
Restoration Project Manager's work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
