Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Required experience & education:

• PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or MS with 5+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing programming applications
• 5+ years of proficient experience in Python and C++
• Proficient in programming languages, software development frameworks and tools
• Experience in troubleshooting code and designing custom fixes

Preferred experience but not required:

• Hands-on production experience with memory blocks such as sense amplifier pump, read/write assist circuit, PVT tracker, power gating etc
• Familiar with memory controller or memory interface
• Experience with emerging non-volatile memory
