Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist to lead and support the rollout of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for a large-scale project. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation and transition.

Pay and Type

Pay Rate: $70–$95/hour

Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Type: Temporary (Up to 2 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or related areas).
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and IT to gather requirements, map workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and support for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with external consultants or vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) with Oracle HCM implementation projects, including end-to-end deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in hybrid work environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
