The pay rate or range for this position is: $30.50 per hour
As a Administrative Assistant for Flagship you will be responsible for maintaining the Chefs calendar and various other admin responsibilities of the Culinary Operation. You will be responsible for creating signage for the café with each ingredient listed along with allergens symbols if necessary and will be utilizing various applications to perform the task. Knowledge of food allergens and ingredients is important. You will be responsible for communicating with Management on the need and tracking of uniforms and operational supplies. You will also be responsible for inputting and maintenance of employee timekeeping information by processing manual timecards.

High school diploma. 1+ years of industry related experience.
The work environment includes the following large kitchen environment elements and exposures:
Fast paced kitchen, in which interruptions are considered normal. Fast paced office environment. Long periods of sitting. Sharing workspace with others. Moderate to high noise level. Slippery/uneven surfaces may be encountered.
