Our client, Mastech Digital, is seeking a Data/Database Administrator for a Contract position, starting immediately. This role is remote, with a duration of 12+ months, offering a salary of $55.00-$65.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with senior leadership to translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI requirements.
• Leading a high-performing team to ensure quality and timely delivery of use cases.
• Developing data models and analyses to generate insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Conducting market and industry research and translating findings into strategic reports.
• Maintaining relationships with executive leadership to address strategic needs.
• Identifying process improvements and contributing to internal projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, program management, or related fields, preferably in consulting.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with analytics tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and building use cases for value justification.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee a small analytics team.

• Must work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
