Our lab mirrors a research and development department. You will work on cutting-edge strategies to optimize power and environmental efficiency in data centers, communicate recommendations to senior-level executives, and drive implementation with facilities technicians. You will ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements, and serve as an expert in cooling or electrical domains as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Engineer of Record (EOR), to ensure facilities meet safety, reliability, and efficiency standards.
As Google expands its data center footprint, you will play a key part in the design, implementation, and management of electrical systems for our data centers. You will work to ensure our facilities are built to the highest standards of safety and performance and will coordinate with other teams to achieve shared goals.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$302,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Specific salary range details for your preferred location will be provided by your recruiter during the hiring process.
